I'm a Business Intelligence and Analytics professional focused on helping organizations turn complex data and platform challenges into reliable decisions. My work sits at the intersection of business needs, trusted data products, and the teams responsible for delivering and adopting them.

At Williams Companies, I support the enterprise analytics ecosystem and lead the development of reporting and semantic-model solutions used across multiple business functions. My responsibilities span platform reliability, capacity and performance, data quality, governance, stakeholder partnership, and user enablement. I am most effective when a problem requires both technical depth and a clear understanding of the business decision behind it.

My foundation in analytics began in finance operations at Sintese Comercial Hospitalar in Goiânia, Brazil. There, I automated reporting, improved data accuracy during a system implementation, and used analysis to strengthen receivables performance and cash-flow visibility. That experience taught me that sustainable analytics depends as much on process, ownership, and trust as it does on technology.

I moved from Brazil to the United States in 2015 and built my career through persistence, continuous learning, and a willingness to take on unfamiliar challenges. I earned a B.S. in Management Information Systems from Oklahoma State University and am currently pursuing an M.S. in Business Analytics & Data Science, expected in December 2026.

I believe the best analytics work gives people clarity: what is happening, why it matters, and what should happen next. My goal is to create solutions that remain useful, trusted, and manageable long after launch.

Outside of work, I love traveling, learning new languages, and exploring the world. Getting to know a new place and connecting with people from different backgrounds are some of my favorite ways to learn. At home, I enjoy time with my husband and our dogs, Snow and Winter, along with biking, walking, and the occasional gaming session.
